ATLANTA, GA (September 16, 2008) - DOW Networks, an Atlanta-based provider of international broadband telephony services announced the launch of its North American e-commerce site – www.dowwebworks.com. The site offers a broad range of voice over IP (VoIP) hardware and software as well as services including international toll free phone numbers (ITFS), DIDs and DDIs or local phone numbers and SIP trunks.
“DOW Webworks.com aims to be a one-stop, online shop for VoIP-savvy business customers,” said David Wise, DOW Networks’ CEO. “The new site continues our thrust into e-commerce, extending our market reach and complementing our international direct sales activities. Earlier this year, the company launched an e-commerce site to serve South Africa business customers and complement its direct sales and technical services operations in Johannesburg and Cape Town.
DOW Networks’ e-commerce sites offer Digium telephony interface cards; VoIP gateways from Patton Electronics; and IP phones from Polycom and Snom. Software products include Asterisk Business Edition from Digium and Queuemetrics Call Center Monitor from Loway Research. The sites also offer international toll free phone numbers, local phone numbers and SIP trunks.
To meet customer requirements for more complex solutions, DOW Webworks websites provide “live chat” and other links to DOW Networks. This allows customers to access the technical expertise and global reach of the parent company.
