Company Offers 011 and 021 Numbers
JOHANNESBURG, South Africa (23 June 2008) - DOW Networks, a leading provider of international VoIP solutions for call centres and other businesses today announced it has established network points of presence (POPs) in Johannesburg and Cape Town. Both POPs are fully operational and passing call traffic.
The new network facilities allow small and mid-size companies with ADSL or wireless broadband Internet connections to make low-cost local, national, cellular or international calls through DOW Networks. The Johannesburg and Cape Town points-of-presence also enable the company to offer 011 and 021 numbers in addition to local numbers from hundreds of other major business centres, worldwide.
“Expanding our network footprint in South Africa allows us to offer even lower domestic and international rates to call centres, hotels and other businesses,” said David Wise, managing director of DOW Networks SA (Pty) Ltd. “The investment also signals our commitment to continue to expand our operations in South Africa, a fast-growing market that also is the gateway to other emerging economies in Southern Africa.
